Last month Learning Last month in October, we completed some Storyworks! For Example, we finished the 2016 Floods in Louisiana work. We also read two articles, one is about a boy named Freddie and about his life changing around him. Another one is about civil rights. Some other things we learned about was how to write a poem, in math we've learned about decimals like subtracting, adding, times, and dividing. Next onto Science, we have been taught that our fascinating world is made of atoms and elements! We also learned about the geography of the world. Fun Time Memories |
We've made some good memories last month! We had our annual Harvest Festival and it was a blast playing the games and having fun with friends and family! We also had our FIRST field trip of our school year! We visited the San Jose State University (SJSU) and the incredible Martin Luther King Library! But don't forget about our annual Halloween parade, some of us dressed spooky while, others dressed cute and funny. We also did our monthly classroom economy shop, CHA CHING (onomatopoeia).
A Fresh New Month of November
Wow! It's already November, yet it stills feels like Halloween. What do you think will happen this month? Maybe we might have another Feild Trip? Or we're going to do some projects. We are going to start Mentor Sentences again, WHOOHOO! Also, here's a comment question, since Thanksgiving is coming up: Who are you thankful for? Let's make this month the month we have fun and show our mega skill of Responsability! Let's do this!
